In these regulation unless the context otherwise requires expressions defined in the companies Act 1956 or any statutory modifications thereof in force at the date at which these regulations become binding on defined, and words importing the singular shall include the plural and vise versa, and words importing the masculine gender shall include females and importing persons shall include bodies corporate.

The regulation for the management of the company and for the observance thereof by the Members and their representatives shall subject to any exercise of the statutory powers of the Associations in reference to the report of alteration of or addition to its regulations by special Resolutions, as prescribed or permitted by the Act, be such as are contained in the Articles. Where any specific provisions are not made in these Articles in respect of any matter, the relative provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 shall be deemed to apply to the company.
