An entrance fee of such amounts as the committee may from time to time prescribe shall be paid by every member but the committee shall have power to dispense with the payment and entrance fee in any particular case or cases.

Annual subscription of member, which shall be payable in advance, may be fixed by the executive committee, from time to time as it may deem fit.

The committee of the company shall have the power to alter the entrance fee and/or annual subscription to as it may from time to time choose consistently with discharge of the obligations imposed upon it under these Memorandumand article of Association.

The annual subscription of members shall be payable in advance herein yearly or half yearly commencing from the first of April, of every year.
